## Job description

岗位职责
- 接待引导上门客户，维护现场秩序；
- 审核无抵押客户资料的完整性和真实性，并操作申请登记；
- 面谈面签无抵押客户，识别风险客户；
- 预审有抵押客户资料的完整性和真实性，协助客户完成相关操作；
- 面谈面签有抵押客户，识别风险客户；
- 解答客户业务咨询，协助办理相关业务；
- 登记工作量台帐，查询业务进度，处理回退账户；
- 整理业务材料，维护档案信息。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年受理中心柜员工作经验；
- 一年以上信贷审批、风控管理经验；
- Office办公软件
