## Job description

岗位职责
- 业务需求方案、费率核定；

### 对于销售的核保技术支持（包括
- 咨询、客户建议书制作、参与招投标、协议拟定、业务谈判等）；
- 业务承保和保全的核保初审及问题件沟通处理；
- 市场信息收集、机构差异化核保政策制定、机构风险资料数据库的资料整理与维护；
- 负责向业务线就有关监管法规、核保政策、规则等进行宣导培训；
- 总部及直线领导交办的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学、法律、精算、保险专业优先
- 具备较强的保险知识，具备一定的法律、医学知识
- 较强的数据分析能力，沟通协调能力
