## Job description

岗位职责

### 深化设计
- 负责协调顾问和设计单位进行建筑方案的深化设计，衔接方案与施工图阶段，落实建筑功能、空间形态、材料选型等细节，确保方案具备可实施性。

### 施工图设计及审图
- 协调设计院及各顾问进行施工图设计，确保遵守国家建筑设计规范，保证图纸的准确性与完整性，协调出图进度，负责施工图外审协调工作。

### 技术交底与配合
- 参与施工阶段的技术交底工作，配合现场解决设计相关的技术问题，跟踪项目施工质量，确保设计意图落地。
- 完成对内对外项目设计相关事项协调沟通及项目总交办的其他工作。 任职资格

### 学历背景
- 建筑学相关专业本科及以上学历，具备国家注册建筑师资格者优先。

### 工作经验
- 5-10年以上建筑设计相关工作经验，熟悉从方案设计到施工图落地的全流程，有酒店、商业等类型项目经验者优先。

### 专业能力
- 熟练掌握AutoCAD等设计软件，具备良好的手绘表达能力，具备较强的空间思维能力、审美能力及方案创新能力，能独立解决设计中的技术问题及多部门协同问题。
