## Job description

岗位职责
- 重疾专案管理、就医理赔服务
- 产能达成监测、差错率监测、审核时效管控、审核规则优化、审核无人工率优化
- 协谈时效及质量管控、高风险案件合议、协议通融案件评估、理赔投诉件管控
- 调查供应商/服务商管理、下调案件评估及审核、下调规则制定及优化、指标达成跟踪、大案/重案风险合议、调查减损 任职资格
- 年龄25-35间，本科及以上学历；
- 保险行业3年以上相关工作经历经验；
- 医学、保险、法律等专业优先
