## Job description

### 医务医政管理
- 深入了解国家及地方关于医疗卫生的政策、法规和行业标准，梳理并建立包括医务、院感、病案、护理等医疗相关行政管理部门的工作内容与行业标准，建立总分医疗行政运行管理架构，形成集团化医疗管理分级体系，建立医疗行政运行管理的标准化路径，提高医疗行政运行管理效率。

### 医疗业务标准化建设
- 针对下属医院医疗附属相关就诊流程、诊疗、手术、会诊等各个环节进行细致梳理，建立跨院区平台，形成具有集团品牌特色的标准化医疗流程，打通集团內地域壁垒，促进整体医疗运行效率的提升，打造集团化医疗服务品牌。

### 医疗质量监测与评估
- 建立总分医疗质量管理架构，建立医疗质量总分协同及交流平台，并建立质量安全定期汇报与会议机制，收集医疗质量重点关键数据，并进行分析评估。组织协调总部及下属医院医疗质量持续改善工作，开展相关技能培训等，协助进一步强化各级医疗工作人员的质量文化意识，加强质量文化建设。

### 医疗指标评估
- 建立医疗相关评估指标体系，利用该体系数据开展院内学科、质量横向对比以及与外部标杆医院的对比，识别医院的优势专科和发展短板，为学科建设和质量风险管理决策提供数据支撑。

### 任职资格 任职资格要求

​​
- 临床医学、医院管理等相关专业硕士及以上学历，具备医疗行业背景及医疗质量管理相关基础知识。
- 熟练掌握Excel、PowerBI等数据分析工具。
- 逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的沟通和组织协调能力，有良好的团队合作精神。
