## Job description

岗位职责 一）开拓并维护团体客户，为客户提供合适的综合福利保障计划、年金、信托等金融产品，积累忠诚的客户群。 （二）达成本办法规定的各项考核指标。 （三）积极参加营业部的各项业务活动。 （四）完成公司交办的其它工作。 任职资格
- 大专以上学历，1-3年直销业务员工作经验；
- 负责业务拓展，完成长、短险等销售任务，严格遵守公司各项规章制度；
- 负责建立、维护客户资源，发掘客户需求；

### 福利待遇
- 签订正式劳动合同，缴纳六险二金，平安员工专属意外保险和企业年金，享受生日福利、国家法定节假日福利及婚育慰问品等福利；

### 工作时间
- 每周5个工作日，每日工作7.5小时，双休日、国家法定节假日、带薪年休假；

### 薪资构成
- 底薪+业务佣金提成+年终奖+公司福利津贴

- 保险从业经验人员薪资待遇从优。
