## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责实时监控关键理赔指标，并推动相关指标达成目标值
- 定期分析关键指标及现存问题，撰写分析报告并提出优化建议
- 负责公司理赔短视频IP打造项目，创建具有品牌特色的短视频账号，并同步进行内容宣导
- 负责部门重点项目进度的跟踪与督办
- 完成领导交办的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学、公共卫生、保险等相关专业优先考虑
- 具备3年以上人身险理赔领域从业经验，熟悉理赔业务流程优先
- 熟练掌握常用办公软件（如Excel、PPT、视频制作软件等），具备数据处理及分析能力
- 积极主动、乐于学习、勇于创新，具备良好的抗压能力
