## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责线上运营活动，根据用户增长目标及转化率指标，制定活动计划并准备各项活动策略，拥有较好的组织沟通能力及文案策划能力；
- 根据不同渠道的特性，制定针对性的活动方案，提升渠道注册用户的下载转化率及订单转化率；
- 把控活动执行过程、效果跟踪、数据分析、整理反馈、总结评估和优化调整等环节，按照时间节点和质量要求完成活动目标；
- 根据运营情况制定年度、季度、月度及重点推广时期的线上运营方案；
- 对数据敏感，能对各项数据进行预测与分析，根据分析结果持续优化运营方案；
- 上级交代的其他工作。 任职资格 1、2-3年互联网公司的品牌合作、渠道拓展相关工作经验，有保险类产品转化渠道资源者优先； 2、工作计划性强，认真仔细，对工作交付具备高度责任心； 3、抗压性好，勇于担当，具备很强的主动性和自驱力
