## Job description

岗位职责

### 策略宣导执行
- 总分行策略宣导落地执行，协助私行财富部追踪指标、识别短板，制定针对性的改进计划，确保所辖范围业绩达标；

### 赋能客户经营
- 协同拜访客户、组织客户沙龙、协助客户异议处理；熟练掌握各种工具，利用数据分析总结，为业务提供决策依据；

### 培训辅导赋能
- 组织对理财经理的辅导和培训，提升其专业素质和营销能力，推动经营机构目标达成；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度，保障业务稳健开展。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融相关专业优先；
- 两年以上金融从业经验，熟悉金融产品，有产品推动相关经验，具备专业的财富管理专业能力，有CFA、FRM、CFP/AFP等金融类专业证书者优先；
- 具备较强的数据分析及策略输出能力，善于通过培训赋能队伍；目标感强，抗压性好，有韧劲；
- 合规意识强，无重大违规记录。
