## Job description

岗位职责
- 新获及维护私行客户，保持客户AUM规模不断增长
- 做好客户资产配置及复杂产品销售，达成营收目标
- 积极参与私行团队建设及管理，不断提升团队成员专业技能及综合素养
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.5-8年相关工作经验 3.具有优秀的领悟能力，优秀的担当精神，丰富的专业知识储备，持续付出，努力推进，高质量完成本职工作，具有一定的执行力，一定的结果导向型思维
