## Job description

岗位职责 法人业务方向/政保业务方向/企业健康管理业务方向

### 销售和推广
- 结合自身资源及公司平台品牌优势，完成市场营销计划中的销售指标，开拓新市场和客户，增加产品销售范围；

### 客户关系管理
- 管理维护客户关系，做好客户的跟进工作，建立良好的长期合作关系；

### 市场信息收集
- 负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行，收集市场信息，及时提供准确的市场动态；

### 售后服务
- 处理客户投诉及售后问题，协助制定、修改营销方案。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，特殊人才适当放宽学历要求；
- 有较丰富的企业客户资源、社会人脉关系，有政府机关单位、船舶海事、新能源、专精特新、国内外贸易等领域从业经历者优先；
- 具备较强的销售能力、客户服务意识，2年以上保险销售或对公销售维护经验者优先；
- 具备较强的学习能力和创新思维，条理清晰，有强烈的责任心和进取心。
