## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责
- 协助业务总监进行团队管理，包括不限于团队应收、重新投保、激励、考核等过程管理；
- 业务部业绩追踪、指标管理、数据通报等；
- 业务部日常内务工作，按时完成知鸟平台等相关考试；
- 上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1、40周岁以下； 2、本科及以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽至专科； 3、具有较强的渠道管理、业务管理、企划分析能力； 4、具有完善的办公软件操作能力，熟练运用PPT、EXCEL、WORD等工具。
