## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责搭建覆盖不同人群的发展体系，设计关键人才培养项目，推动资源整合与项目落地；
- 负责搭建评估体系，推动高潜识别、测评与人才画像建设，支撑发展与决策；
- 负责干部队伍的考察、选拔、培养和任免；
- 负责管理绩效系统，定期追踪管理年度、月度绩效达成，组织完成公司年度、半年度绩效考核；
- 协助识别关键岗位，推进继任人选盘点与人岗匹配，支持梯队建设。 任职资格 1、3年及以上大中型企业人力资源相关工作经验，本科及以上人力资源、心理学等相关专业优先； 2、逻辑性强、沟通协调能力强，主动且善于思考、数据分析类相关经验优先； 3、进取心强，学习能力强，熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件。
