## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动所辖支行银保业务各项目标的达成；
- 组织对接支行、团队的销售人员银保产品知识培训、销售技能训练等；
- 组织举办客户沙龙，负责活动组织落地；
- 负责对一线销售人员有需求的业务支持工作，包括计划书拟定、客户陪访促成等；
- 负责对接支行、团队核保、理赔等相关运营业务的支持；
- 完成总分行安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 三年及以上金融从业经验；其中至少1年从事保险相关工作经验；具备金融行业销售/投资咨询经验者优先；
- 能够独立开展银保销售及组织大型沙龙和产说会；具有良好的逻辑思维和研究分析能力/沟通协调能力/语言表达能力；
- 纪律及合规意识强，无重大违法违规行为或行业不良记录，符合我行亲属回避等相关制度要求。
