## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责团队管理，包括团队目标设定、绩效考核及团队建设;
- 负责客户服务，包括客户关系维护及客户满意度提升;
- 负责保险销售，包括产品推广及销售目标达成;
- 制定并执行社区运营策略，推动社区活动及客户互动;
- 监督团队销售目标达成，优化销售流程及客户服务体验。 任职资格
- 具备5年以上保险行业工作经验;
- 具备团队管理经验，能够带领5人以上团队;
- 熟悉保险销售流程及客户服务管理;
- 具备优秀的沟通能力和客户服务意识;
- 熟悉社区运营及个人综合销售管理相关工作。
