## Job description

岗位职责
- 基于项目和用户需求分析，综合竞争对手动态和市场动态，整合各类需求，规划产品路线和功能。
- 负责产品的功能模块设计，编写产品需求文档，制作产品原型，协同设计团队完成交互与视觉设计。
- 产品开发过程中协调各方资源，负责产品的功能及流程验收测试，保证项目进度和品质。
- 负责产品的迭代优化、日常维护、售前支持等相关工作。 任职资格
- 年龄在28─50 周岁；
- 本科以上学历；
- 具有较强的市场策划、协调公关、组织营销、业务开拓与推动能力；
- 具有较强团队管理与培训辅导能力，热爱销售管理工作；
- 熟悉保险公司各种金融产品和前后线运作流程。
