## Job description

岗位职责

### 客户服务
- 负责客户的健康评估、健康档案建立及日常健康管理工作，为客户提供个性化的健康管理建议，协助客户完成长护险相关服务流程；

### 服务执行
- 按照公司制定的服务标准和流程，执行健康管理服务，协助处理客户的咨询和投诉，确保客户满意度；

### 数据记录与报告
- 准确记录客户健康信息和服务过程，定期整理并提交相关报告，协助完成服务数据分析和质量监控工作；

### 其他支持
- 为长护险相关项目提供必要的支持。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，医学、护理、健康管理或相关专业优先；

### 工作经验
- 具备1年以上健康管理或保险行业相关工作经验，有长护险服务经验者优先；

### 专业技能
- 具备良好的沟通能力、服务意识和团队合作精神，熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的数据处理能力；

### 其他要求
- 具有较强的责任心和耐心，能够承受一定的工作压力。
