## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本支行的AUM、存款、客户数、营收负责，根据支行特点，制定达成业务目标的具体工作计划。
- 通过有效的日常活动量管理与辅导训练，带领团队成员完成团队业务发展目标，维持本支行成员稳定性，搭建快速和可持续发展平台。
- 协调和处理客户投诉。
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.3-5年相关工作经验 3.具备基金从业资格证证书 4.精通服务营销能力
