## Job description

岗位职责
- 合同谈判支持，超权限上报总部，并记录谈判过程形成书面文档、机构年金业务审核
- 负责与当地委托人及账管、托管协调，解决受托、账管（平安为账户管理人的业务）、投管（平安为投资管理人的业务）的运营问题件，追踪每笔运营业务的落实情况，解决其特殊业务需求
- 负责处理年金客户的咨询投诉问题解决，协调相关部门向客户提供服务资料
- 负责机构端和客户端年金业务知识的培训
- 与对口数科机构网点进行运营问题和具体服务需求的沟通反馈，协助其改善作业指标达成状况
- 负责部门预算的统筹及相关立项签报，牵头采购及招投标工作和其他与费用相关的工作 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，金融、保险、财务等相关专业优先
- 两年以上年金、团体保险运营经验优先,熟悉年金运作为佳 2.具备领悟融会、动手实战的能力
- 具备责任担当、抗压耐力、专注聚焦、勤奋努力的性格
