## Job description

岗位职责 1.1.制定、实施分公司招聘方案，负责校园招聘及社会招聘工作，及时为空缺岗位补充人力； 2.2.建立备选人才库，并及时维护信息 3.领导交办的其他事项。 任职资格

### 教育程度
- 全日制本科及以上学历；

### 专业能力
- 专业不限，人力资源、管理类、金融经济类相关专业优先；

### 核心能力
- 性格开朗外向、良好的沟通表达能力、组织协调能力，较强的执行力与责任心；
