## Job description

岗位职责
- 对机构重要业务流程包括广告宣传、销售、劳动用工等投诉处理等进行自我评估，对新出台的的法律法规进行宣导，宣传合规文化；
- 重大违规事件的跟踪、督办，并与各个部门进行沟通协调，检视公司制度、流程，并提出应对方案和改善措施；
- 应对监管对机构的合规检查，与稽核部门协作完成内控自评等工作。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，经济类、管理类、法学类专业优先，
- 具备良好的分析判断能力和沟通协调能力，抗压性，学习能力强；
- 思维敏捷、灵活、有独立解决问题的能力维能力、资源拓展和数据分析能力、强烈的目标达成意愿和结果导向思维。
