## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助公司战略规划制定，确定公司中长期发展战略。
- 收集和分析市场趋势、竞争对手情况及未来发展趋势，为战略制定提供数据支持。
- 负责PMO管理推动，联动前中后台各方向，保障核心关键工作按时、按质、有效落地。
- 负责收集与行业相关的国家政策和市场动态，完成定期研究报告。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上战略分析或咨询公司相关金融项目管理经验优先。
- 具备较强的归纳思维能力、系统思考能力、逻辑思维能力、沟通协调能力，具备较强的分析能力和PPT报告撰写能力。
- 具有良好的抗压性，能适应高强度的工作，具有主动学习能力。
