## Job description

岗位职责
- 机构非标准团险业务协议初审、福利简表、服务手册、契约责任定义审核。
- 机构理赔数据分析，并制定相应的改善举措。
- 负责辅助机构端及客户端理赔规则宣导及培训。
- 负责机构当地医保目录&政策数据采集。
- 理赔风险管理职能，包括客户风险、渠道风险、医院风险以及内部风险管理
- 负责机构理赔成本分析及管控，机构日常作业中的问题自查、整改及追踪。
- 负责机构理赔审计作业，对接稽核与合规日常排查任务 任职资格 1.本科学历，医学、法学、保险学等相关专业优先。 2.1-3年相关工作经验优先。 3.具有杰出的担当精神，较强的抗压耐力，具有分析并解决问题能力，具备优秀的沟通协作精神。
