## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面主持本部门的日常管理工作；
- 负责推动分行大公司业务规划指标的完成；
- 负责推动分行各项公司业务产品的实施 ；
- 负责组织协调分行内部、分行之间、总行及外部机构平台的关系；
- 负责人员培训和团队提升工作。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，经济金融管理类相关专业毕业； 2.3年以上银行业务部门管理经验； 3.具备全面的经济金融专业知识，具有较强的团队管理能力和组织协调能力； 4.有良好的职业操守，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
