## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责系统的开发及维护，并且有技术选型能力，能针对业务需求和产品形态确定最终技术方案；
- 较少指导下，可以负责系统开发迭代周期下的需求对接、系统设计、开发、代码评审、测试、上线等全生命周期下的管理、协调工作；
- 支持系统开发框架研发、在较少的指导下落实关键技术落地；
- 在日常开发中不断做代码重构、优化；
- 对团队新入年轻开发人员进行有效辅导，帮助其快速成长；
- 关注并结合新技术对现有或未来系统提出创新性解决方案。 任职资格
- 熟练掌握Springboot/Cloud框架、Mybatis、以及常用中间件Redis、NG，消息队列、定时任务框架的使用
- 熟练掌握SQL，熟悉PG库或Mysql，懂得常用的数据库调优，有数据库相关调优经验优先
- 熟练掌握Java语言，熟悉JVM常用调优，熟悉多种语言者优先（如golang、node-js等）
- 熟练掌握常用设计模式，理解常用设计模式的使用场景
- 熟悉常用算法，懂得如何从代码和运行层面以及可维护性层面评估代码性能和复杂度
- 理解并发概念和并发的常见问题
- 熟悉常见的容器部署，如docker+k8s
- 最好是计算机相关专业，有较好的计算机基础，如熟悉netty者优先
