## Job description

### 岗位职责 负责投诉客户的直接处理、提出解决客户诉求的有效方案 负责客户反映公司产品与销售过程中的问题进行总结归纳，反馈整改 对投诉客户的问题有效拦截，持续追踪，防止升部升级 其他投诉处理相关的事项务价值 任职资格 学历

本科，工作经验丰富者可适当放宽学历要求 有银行信用卡客服或银行大堂经理或投诉处理相关工作经验者优先 良好的沟通、负面情绪管理、应变处置及服务意识，快响应客户诉求 熟练掌握Excel、ppt等办公软件
