## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责审核企业客户经营性租赁申请，根据公司风控政策对客户出具评审结论，工作内容包括模式评估、项目审查、现场尽调复核、评审报告撰写等；
- 创新类业务全流程统筹对接，对于风险管理要求的运行情况监控、管理，对于业务风险运行情况的检视、追踪，推动风险策略迭代、优化；
- 协助制定、完善风险控制管理政策、制度及工具，推动风险管理体系的持续完善；
- 完成部门交办的其他事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉企业资信评审业务工作流程、标准以及相关的风控政策、制度，具有敏锐的风险识别能力，较强的风险防范和处理能力；
- 具备良好的职业道德，沟通能力佳，良好的抗压能力，责任心强，有积极主动的工作态度；
- 有项目风险管理、投资管理或者流程咨询管理经验优先。
