## Job description

岗位职责

### 业务拓展
- 主要进行个人业务开拓，能根据渠道资源拓展团体业务；

### 渠道维护
- 具有中介、经纪渠道开拓能力，与现有中介、代理、经纪渠道保持良好关系；

### 产品支持
- 提供健康险各类产品咨询及保险政策解读，能独立研发课件并进行产品宣导；

### 活动组织
- 挖掘渠道需求，定期组织沙龙和团体活动；
- 上级领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历（有学位证），专业不限，金融、经济、保险等相关专业优先；

### 工作经验
- 具备3年以上经代、中介渠道业务拓展经验者优先考虑，但不设限；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和客户服务意识；

### 技能要求
- 具备渠道拓展、中介推动、营销策略能力，能够完成业务指标。
