## Job description

岗位职责
- 分析传统燃油车及新能源汽车延保需求，优化产品方案及合同条款框架；
- 建立车型故障率数据库，开展赔付率监测与异常分析；
- 研究主机厂及经销商合作模式，制定渠道授权与合作策略；
- 推动延保知识体系建设，优化理赔流程，结合高频故障案例完善产品设计。 任职资格
- 具备车辆工程和保险精算复合专业背景者优先；
- 具有主机厂售后或第三方延保机构从业经验优先；
- 熟悉主机厂保修政策及经销商运营模式；
- 了解新能源汽车“三电”系统技术原理。
