## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责家庭医生服务流程策略的制定及优化改进，与医生团队合作输出服务SOP，建立业务体验运营策略及衡量标准与运营指标体系，提升用户满意度
- 聚焦用户体验场景，通过服务相关数据、客户反馈、竞品分析等，分析影响客户体验的关健问题，定期输出运营效果评估，为决策提供数据支持
- 参与医疗服务市场调研，挖掘潜在需求，提出创新运营方案
- 与产研团队、医生团队密切协同，负责推动产品需求上线，优化服务系统、工作台，提升服务效能
- 监督运营成本控制，优化资源配置，提升运营效益 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，至少3年工作经验，在服务策略、服务体验和服务交付有深入理解和项目沉淀，互联网医疗行业优先考虑
- 有流程设计经验，对用户体验有深刻理解，善于洞察用户痛点并设计服务流程
- 具备数据化运营能力，能有效挖掘数据、定位问题，并系统性改善提升
- 具有较强的抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境；
