## Job description

岗位职责
- 组织培训系列制式、非制式培训教学及运作；
- 负责新人层级培训课件开发、典范案例萃取、培训体系搭建；
- 培训效果训后评估、制定相关改善措施、相关指标推动；
- 新人层级荣誉体系搭建及推动；
- 相关数据报表制作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历师范、金融、保险或经济类专业毕业优先；

### 工作经验
- 一年以上保险、金融类培训工作经验；

### 专业技能
- office操作娴熟，excel、ppt熟练掌握；

### 基本能力
- 具有较强的责任感和主动担当的工作态度，优秀的沟通和语言表达能力，形象气质佳。
