## Job description

岗位职责
- 执行总部合规制度，起草与组织执行机构合规内控方案。
- 机构四新一重事项合规审查。
- 进行KDC管理，识别、监控、分析与报告合规内控风险，重要操作风险事件的处理。
- 组织机构RCSA、制度检视与清理，开展合规检视，推动内控缺陷整改及制度优化。
- 推动合规教育、参与机构监管事务处理，对所辖分支机构的合规事务进行指导、管理。 任职资格 1.本科学历，法学、财政学、金融学等相关专业 2.1-3年相关工作经验
