## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责债券交易账户、固收+账户固收部分的投资管理，根据组合投资目标制定并实施投资策略，对投资业绩负责；
- 深度参与、协同推进部门投研体系建设及投资策略研发等工作，深耕利率交易及衍生品策略方向；
- 业务发展相关工作，如新策略设计与落实、客户需求对接与落地、委托人汇报沟通等，支持部门业务规模增长；
- 其他与投资管理、体系建设、业务拓展相关的工作。 任职资格 1、国内外重点高校毕业，硕士及以上学历； 2、3年以上债券投资管理经验，具备与市场环境和自身风格相匹配的投资方法论，有国债期货投研能力和投资经验者优先； 3、具备良好业绩记录，有公开可追溯投资业绩者优先； 4、为人正直、自驱力、责任心和进取心强，勤于思考、乐于分享，具备较强的团队协作精神。
