## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责机构人力资源各项制度、招聘、考勤等管理工作；
- 负责机构各项合规监管工作的开展，包含完成外部监管要求的各项监管工作，合规性检查、内部审计、合规稽核和监检查发现的合规问题进行汇总研究和跟踪整改等；
- 机构职场管理等行政管理工作；
- 机构档案管理、品宣、员工活动等其他行政事务工作。
- 与人事行政合规相关的其他工作内容。 任职资格 1.全日制大学本科及以上学历； 2.2年以上人事、行政相关工作经验； 3.较强的协调能力，细心、性格坚韧，思维敏捷； 4.擅长人际沟通和表达，具备良好的应变能力。
