## Job description

岗位职责

### 经营业绩
- 完成年度预算经营目标和关键指标，对所负责渠道的业绩负全责，对所负责渠道的考核相关指标负责；

### 日常管理
- 完成团队人员招募，确保满编和产能达标。执行渠道政策，对员工进行日常工作管理，对渠道相关费用使用负责；

### 渠道拓展
- 负责拓展和维护渠道的合作关系，完善合规管理等基础建设，组织实施营销活动和获客计划，优化销售模式，搭建分对分合作平台，对渠道公司给予专业的管理和业务指导，对渠道合作负责；

### 业务推动
- 制定营销方案，培育业务增长点，提高经营效益，对渠道的业务发展业绩负责；
- 向机构总经理室、综合金融部汇报，直属上级为机构渠道副总（总经理或分管渠道业务副总）, 同时接受综合金融部的工作指导及考核要求；
- 完成公司安排的其他相关事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有2年以上营销管理经验；
- 具有较强的管理能力和营销技能 ；
- 拥有相关开拓市场经验。
