## Job description

岗位职责
- 渠道非车业务目标、发展规划制定；
- 渠道非车业绩追踪、指标异常督导；
- 车代渠道非车数据分析体系搭建；
- 部门安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，精算、数学、统计、保险相关专业优先；
- 具备较强的销售支持、渠道推动和逻辑思维能力；
- 了解非车产品，熟悉市场相关数据；
- 具有营销推动经验，有较强的沟通、学习能力。
