## Job description

岗位职责 1. 负责微信小程序的用户增长，依托微信小程序生态，拓展各类流量合作渠道，主导互联网流量置换、资源互换合作，对接外部合作方，洽谈流量互导、联合推广等合作模式，高效获取精准用户。降低获客成本。 2.跟进合作落地全流程，监控合作数据效果，及时复盘调整合作策略，保障用户增长目标落地。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网运营、商务拓展、用户增长相关工作经验，有微信小程序生态运营经验者优先。
- 具备成熟的互联网流量合作经验，有独立拓展流量合作、落地用户增长项目的成功案例。
- 具备优秀的商务谈判能力，擅长商家拓展、合作洽谈，有经验者优先。沟通表达流畅，逻辑清晰，有较强的抗压能力与团队协作意识。
