## Job description

岗位职责
- 各机构团险产品对接、追踪，新产品的宣导和推广；对寿险代理人、寿险综拓专员、中介（含第三方平台）进行各类产品培训、展业辅导
- 现有平安内部综拓、银行等销售渠道的维护；
- 负责产品的迭代优化、日常维护、售前支持等相关工作。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力
