岗位职责
- 负责鞍山分行公司业务管理部的全面管理工作，制定并执行公司业务发展战略；
- 带领团队完成公司业务目标，推动业务发展；
- 负责公司业务市场拓展及客户关系维护，提升市场份额；
- 协调内部资源，推动公司业务产品和服务的优化；
- 监督公司业务运营，确保合规性及风险可控；
- 分析市场动态，制定并优化公司业务策略。 任职资格
- 具备3-5年银行行业工作经验，熟悉公司业务管理相关工作；
- 具备全面管理能力，能够带领团队完成业务目标；
- 熟悉银行公司业务产品及市场，具备较强的业务拓展和风险控制能力；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和决策能力；
- 工作地点为鞍山市，能够长期在鞍山市工作。
