岗位职责
- 整体经营达成追踪；队伍协销习惯培养，续保管理；
- 代理人各类系统维护；中介合规管理；外部监管数据对接。

### 项目推动
- 中支业管部相关项目推动，指标达成跟踪和落地效果跟踪。
- 领导交办的其它工作 任职资格 本科以上学历，执行力强。有责任心，能承担一定工作压力。
