## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责要求

1、负责日常运营分析工作，对收入、院端风控情况进行问题分析，输出月度、季度、年度等经营分析报告 2.、对医健服务产品收入进行多维度分析，如按产品类别、销售渠道、客户群体、时间周期等维度，分析收入构成、增长趋势、波动原因等，及时对接相应同事进行收入推动 3、分析医院赔付数据，分医院，科室，疾病分析次均赔付情况及人均赔付次数及波动情况，及时对接相应同时进行风控管理 4、负责部门领导交代的其他工作 任职资格：

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，医学、保险、统计学、数据分析、金融等相关专业优先。

### 工作经验
- 2 - 5年医疗行业相关工作经验。

### 技能要求
- 熟练掌握PPT以及Excel高级功能（数据透视表、函数运用等） 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，在金融-保险行业，有1-5年医健服务岗工作经验，
