## Job description

岗位职责
- 结合平安银行业务需求，协助推动新契约投保、售后服务等专项服务与支持，优化客户体验；
- 定期开展平安银行需求调研，优化业务与服务流程；
- 定期监测平安银行银保业务品质，持续加强平银销售品质提示；
- 负责平安银行渠道业务分析、数据管理、系统建设等工作。 任职资格 1、具有良好的数据分析能力，逻辑清晰，表达清楚； 2、有责任心，主动性强，具备良好的沟通协调能力、统筹能力以及报告撰写能力。
