## Job description

岗位职责
- 按照公司品牌考核要求开展工作，做好公司内部活动及外部关系维护等相关工作。
- 负责外包人员管理，对接外包服务商，跟进招采、项目执行，做好月度费用支付；
- 负责印章管理，执行用印审批、登记保管，把控合规风险；
- 负责公文收发流转、校对归档，协助撰写行政文稿等；
- 负责工会年度预算编制及费用执行进度追踪，工会活动组织、福利落实、会员信息及台账维护等；

### 其他行政工作
- 完成办公室日常综合行政事务，会务支持、后勤保障、各类事务协调，以及领导交办的其他临时性工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，管理类相关专业优先。 2、3年以上行政工会品宣等复合岗位经验，熟悉品宣、公文、工会等工作各环节。 3、熟悉使用Office办公软件、公文写作、印章管理规范，有行政、工会、品宣相关工作经验优先； 4、做事严谨细致，原则性强，具备良好的文档整理、事务管理能力； 5、沟通协调能力良好，责任心强，能够高效处理多线程事务、承担一定的工作压力。
