## Job description

岗位职责
- 接听来自全国各地车险客户群体的进线电话和意外险客户来电咨询，通过电话及微信耐心沟通解答客户业务疑问，确保答复准确易懂；
- 在业务咨询及办理过程中挖掘客户潜在产险购买需求，并促成成交;
- 为客户提供售前、售中及售后咨提问的优质服务; 任职资格
- 大学本科学历；
- 年龄30以内，家庭成员认可且支持此份工作；
- 表达力和应变力较强，亲和外向；
- 对这份工作有要性及清晰的岗位规划；
- 通过过往的工作经历筛选有吃苦耐劳精神的人，能接受倒班和加班的工作形式；
