## Job description

岗位职责 1. 参与制定对公方向行业授信策略，并根据宏观经济状况，行业发展状况，结合实际业务开展布局，信贷业务特点，对授信策略进行调整和优化； 2．关注内外部环境变化，编写授信策略检视、资产分析等报告，提示风险，制定改进风险控制的工作建议或要求，参与推进落实；持续完善报告框架及分析质量； 3．持续推进公司信用风险体系建设，包括不限于制度管理及检视、参与系统数据治理及功能字段优化等； 4．及时高效地完成领导交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格 教育程度

本科及以上学历，金融学、经济学等相关专业。
- 拥有3年及以上银行、租赁、信托等对公信贷审查经验或政策管理经验，对从事行业特征，区域特征，客户财务特征，关键风险点等较为熟悉。有制造业、建筑业相关业务对公信贷审查经验，四大会计师事务所审计等工作经验者优先；
- 有较强数据处理及分析能力，能够结合数据和业务经验，对资产状况进行评估，对未来行业走势有一定研判能力 ；
- 具备较优秀的沟通、写作能力，能够将数据、经验进行凝练和概括，向各个层级对象展示；
- 熟练使用Excel、PPT等OFFICE办法软件，能够掌握Tableau 、Python、SAS等统计或分析工具者优先。
