## Job description

岗位职责
- 主要通过接听电话的形式，处理用户遇到的问题。同时将结果方法反馈至客户。
- 协助分公司合规进行客户反洗钱回访，尽职调查，风险核查等相关工作。
- 与分公司柜台合作办理客户相关业务，包括但不限于账户开户、销户回访，融资融券账户相关通知，现场业务咨询等。
- 处理相关客户投诉，解决相关投诉后反馈至领导。
- 收集用户反馈的建议，协助完善交易软件功能。了解用户需求，用心为每一位用户提供温暖而周到的服务，提高服务满意度 。
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具有三年以上相关行业工作经验。有证券从业资格证。
- 熟练证券行业知识，了解一级、二级市场相关知识，特别是股票、基金，债券、ETF等。
- 普通话标准、口齿清晰、语言表达条理清晰。
- 具有较强的亲和力、责任感、沟通能力、应变能力和承压能力。
