## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责本机构渠道业务产品支持、业务配合、协调、落实和应用等日常工作；
- 负责本机构业务的各项数据分析，及时反馈核保政策在机构实施的效果；
- 负责机构业务的初审及上报；
- 配合销售部门，提供技术支持；
- 领导交办的其他事宜。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，农险/精算/新能源/法律等相关专业优先；
- 熟悉办公软件操作，文字功底好；
- 有上进心，自律性强，具有良好的团队协作、沟通协调、应变以及抗压能力；
- 认同平安企业文化；坚持原则，耐心细致，有强烈工作责任心及服务意识；
