## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责落实总公司人力资源各项管理制度，协助完成公司整体人事资源的规划与配置工作；
- 负责分公司所需的人员招聘、员工关系维护、员工培训、薪酬绩效及社保福利管理等人事工作，承接分公司人员干部晋升的相关工作及其他人事项目工作；
- 负责日常职场管理、资产采购及维护工作，确保分公司办公场所物业管理、办公设施及通讯设施维护，确保各项行政工作正常运转；
- 负责公司公文管理、签报管理、档案管理等文书工作；
- 负责公司党办、工会办等相关事物及活动组织。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，会开车，中共党员（含预备党员）优先； 2、1年及以上工作经验，保险行业优先，有招聘、培训、党务工作经验优先； 3、思路清晰、逻辑清楚、善于沟通表达、高效执行力、杰出抗压力。
