## Job description

岗位职责
- 关注追踪各项目的非车业务达成及品质情况，独立完成业务达成分析及调度复盘，业务经营中提前进行问题和风险提示；
- 分析、预计机构经营目标的达成情况，同现场调研总结发现项目经营问题并制定应对策略，提升非车长期经营能力；
- 非车成本管理，了解各项费用科目的业务逻辑，长效监控各项目的非车成本，持续经营；
- 数据分析，通过数据模型，总结提炼分客群的产品策略，推动产品策略落地、复制、推广形成可业务发展SOP，为项目非车经营提供指引。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，优才院校，数学、统计、金融和计算机相关;
- 掌握数据库语言、数据建模能力优先；
- 熟练掌握各种办公软件，汇报、表达能力好；
