## Job description

岗位职责 1、负责客户建模项目的数据分析，洞察挖掘客户潜在需求和贷款意愿 2.协助业务部门与大数据风险团队，做好业务支持与技术实现的沟通对接 3.将数据洞察转化为可落地的商机和业务策略并推动在分行的实施与转化，做好全流程闭环管理 4.支持项目整体推进， 协助完成项目目标的达成。 任职资格 1.

### 大学本科及以上学历，具备大数据分析、统计学、计算机、管理学等相关专业背景

2.3年以上数据分析或业务推动相关工作经验有金融行业经验者优先； 3.熟悉大数据技术及工具，具备较强的数据洞察能力和业务分析能力(sql、Python) 4.

### 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能够跨部门协作推动项目落地

5.具有较强的业务思维，能够将数据结果转化为实际业务价值。
